The team at Casablanca prepared a comprehensive and competitive quote for the renovation of the facade of the three story house in W9. The spec was made more complicated by a cracked bay window structure. Everything was done on time on budget and to a high standard and our house is now the smartest of the street. Andres kept us up-to-date with progress through daily picture reports. Thr whole project was very smooth and we have been very pleased with the results.
Complete Property Refurbishment
We hired Casablanca for a full refurbishment of our 3-bedroom flat and the results have been outstanding. The project included full re-plastering throughout, converting the property to fully electric with new heaters, installing new flooring across the entire flat, and a complete bathroom renovation, the team was professional, organised and easy to communicate with. They explained each stage of the work clearly and kept us updated throughout the project. with frequent updates via WhatsApp. Despite the scale of the refurbishment, everything was completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.

End of builders Clean for 68 student flats
We contacted Casablanca to clean 68 student flats which were freshly renovated. We spoke with Andres 24hrs before the actual handover of the flats and asked If he could help us with the end of builders clean urgently. He surely was impressive! he managed to gather 35 cleaners for the very next morning at 8am. He then proceeded to manage the whole task with a very tight schedule, him and his team worked day and night shifts and successfully had all the flats ready for handover on time!

Bathroom Refurbishment
We recently had a complete bathroom refurbishment carried out and couldn’t be happier with the results. Andres and his team handled everything from start to finish, including removal of the old shower tray, plumbing, tiling and installation.
